Lorna Kitema is an experienced accounting professional with over 18 years of experience in finance and accounts management. She currently serves as an Accountant at ASL Ltd – Trading Division, a position she has held for the past 15 years. At Ramco Group SACCO, Lorna serves as the Chairperson, providing strategic leadership and oversight to support the SACCO's growth and sustainability.

Edwin Owino is an accomplished printing and publishing professional with over 10 years of industry experience, also an entrepreneur with a passion for innovation and customer service. As Vice Chairperson, he supports the Board in advancing the SACCO's vision through sound governance and member-focused initiatives.

Nicholas Ndaka is a seasoned Accountant with over 30 years of experience in finance, accounting, and business operations. He holds a CPA qualification and has served at ASL Packaging since March 1996. As Treasurer, he provides oversight on the SACCO's financial management and stewardship of members' funds.

Kevin Ouma has over seven years of experience in corporate relations, dispatch coordination and client engagement, currently serving as Corporate Liaison at Sai Office. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Kenyatta University. As Secretary, he coordinates meetings, records and board resolutions.

Phanuel Omoso is an accountant by profession who currently works at Ramco Printing Works Ltd as a Machine Operator in Production. As Chair of the Credit Committee, he guides loan application evaluation and promotes responsible lending practices.

Anthony Murili holds a Diploma in Electrical and Electronics from Machakos University and serves as Technical Quality Controller at ASL Wire and Cable. As Secretary of the Credit Committee, he supports credit administration and record-keeping.

David Wambua Kituta joined Polythene Industries in 2001 as a Machine Operator. A SACCO member since 2018, he was elected Polythene Industries Representative in 2021 and serves on the Credit Sub-Committee, contributing to credit evaluation and management.

Josephine Nabwire has over 13 years of corporate experience within the Ramco Group in account management, business development and customer relations. On the Education Committee, she supports member awareness and financial literacy initiatives.

Peter Matera has over 10 years of experience in audit and inventory management, holds a Diploma in Accounts from KCA University, and is pursuing CPA with KASNEB. As Chairperson of the Supervisory Committee, he oversees compliance and internal controls.

Joseph Erick Odhiambo is Head of Department, Large Format Printing, with a Diploma in Desktop Publishing. As Secretary of the Supervisory Committee, he coordinates committee activities and maintains governance records.

Donald Ochieng Oloo is a Production Assistant Planning Manager and Financial Coach with over eight years of experience in packaging and printing, holding a Diploma in Business Management. He contributes to the Supervisory Committee's oversight and accountability efforts.

Winifred Akuku brings over 20 years of executive experience in the cooperative finance sector. She previously served as Head of Operations at YES SACCO, SACCO Manager at Shining Hope for Communities (SHOFCO), and FOSA & Credit Manager at Safaricom SACCO (now QONA SACCO). She holds a Bachelor's in Business Management (Micro-Enterprise) from Moi University and a Diploma in Microfinance from Strathmore University.

Grace Maina is a detail-oriented Accountant managing the SACCO's financial records, transaction processing and reporting, supporting the SACCO's mission of reliable, member-focused financial services.

Caleb Mogusu coordinates administrative functions, manages member records and facilitates member communication, supporting efficient service delivery and operational compliance.

Winnie Omondi provides independent assurance on the SACCO's governance, risk management and internal control systems, promoting accountability and regulatory compliance.

Melanie Otima holds a Diploma in Business Information Technology and brings experience in customer service and client engagement, helping members access the SACCO's products and services.
Leaders are elected during the Annual General Meeting in accordance with the SACCO's by-laws - and every member has a voice.
