RAMCO GROUP Sacco was incorporated in 1985 with a handful of staff from RAMCO Group of companies as founding members. The SACCO was formed to promote thrift among its members through accumulation of savings and access to affordable credit.
The Society is a regulated non-deposit-taking entity offering Back Office Service Activity (BOSA) services only to its membership. At the 2026 AGM, members passed a resolution to amend the Society's by-laws to onboard members from outside the Ramco Group of companies - opening our doors wider while keeping our member-first values intact.
